Kentucky Federal Judge Refuses To Force Family To Arbitrate Nursing Home Case

Federal Judge McKinley refused to enforce an arbitration in one of our nursing home negligence cases.  Our friend and co-counsel Vanessa Cantley handled most of the brief writing on the issue.  Now we litigate.  When will nursing homes quit trying to take away our parent’s 7th Amendment Rights by secretly inserting documents into admission packets that force them into unfair, nursing home funded arbitrations?  Just say NO to arbitration.   Read the Court’s Order dismissing the lawsuit they filed against our client by clicking here.
