Testimonials

  • I would like to take this opportunity to write to your law firm and thank you for coming through for me when I lost hope in my previous attorney.
  • We will gladly be a reference for you, and we certainly will recommend you as the attorney to have in Louisville.  You have a gift in the way you are able to communicate with your clients and within the legal system.
  • My father would have been so proud to know that his case was driven home with such passion and genius.  Thank you for giving that jury every tool they needed to hold those people accountable for the torture they inflicted on my Dad.

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you...
  • You have now made it possible for me to rest assured that I have everything I need now and in the future to cover the expenses of my disability

How much will I be charged if I hire the Poppe Law Firm and how will the expenses be paid?

A: In personal injury cases, professional liability cases, bad faith insurance cases and most business litigation cases, we perform legal services on a "contingent fee" basis and we advance all of the expenses necessary to pursue the case. Our legal fees are a percentage of the gross amount recovered by settlement or verdict, before deducting case preparation expenses. The percentage varies depending on the complexity of the case , whether the case settles before suit is filed, after suit is filed or whether the case is tried to a jury. If we successfully resolve your case, you will reimburse any costs we have advanced as well as the contractually agreed on percentage for attorney's fees. Since preparation in these cases is on our own nickel, we know how to economize and insist that everything we do potentially be outcome-determinative. We cannot gurantee any client a recovery; however, we can guarantee that, unless we recover money for you, nothing will be owed, not even expenses, unless we have agreed to something differently from the beginning.
