Testimonials

  • My father would have been so proud to know that his case was driven home with such passion and genius.  Thank you for giving that jury every tool they needed to hold those people accountable for the torture they inflicted on my Dad.

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you...
  • You have now made it possible for me to rest assured that I have everything I need now and in the future to cover the expenses of my disability
  • Your tenacity in fact finding, revealed the truth. You seemed fearless in your presentations, and dwarfed them with your knowledge of the law.
  • Taking and winning a case others were unwilling to take. Diligent, Dedicated and Hard Working.

Courier Journal Interviews Candidates for Kentucky Supreme Court

Recently the Courier Journal sat down with both candidates running for a seat on the Kentucky Supreme Court.  The incumbent was appointed by Gov. Ernie Fletcher to fill the seat left behind by the untimely passing of Justice WIlliam McAnulty.  Current Jefferson Circuit Court Chief Judge Jim Shake is running against her.

You may watch the CJ video of the interview with both candidates here.
